Schoolkit was founded over a decade ago by a team of senior communications and technology consultants, each with decades of prior consulting expertise. We realized that the problem for most school districts was not just access to effective technology, but building the internal capacity to operate that technology. We know that education is people-powered, and your communications channels will only ever be as effective as your people are. There are two critical ingredients that typically get overlooked: we've mentioned training. The other is buy-in. Staff publishers need to trust the process and feel confident that they can sustain what's being asked of them. We've learned what it really takes for individual and collective success – over many years. It can help transform your internal culture.
